What is a good setting for MCH strap? I have left it on Dram Ratio for now, Unsure if it is helping or hurting my OC, when I try and run 4.4ghz+ when Benchmarking.
You can go and try to decrease strap. @cloxx less than 1000MHz (2000DDR) 1333MHz was the fastest one booting up. Above 1600MHz is minimum. STRAP setting only influences subtiming formulas iirc - nothing spectacular.
I think this's been asked, but I'll ask again.
What's up with NB temp report on this board?
Mine goes 22C > 64C > 65C...
Is it broken? And which number should I trust?
All Classified owners will soon be able to take advantage of this... :) http://twitpic.com/t2ygn

Hello all, im new with the classified. I have this problem. Yesterday i installed win7 x64 with drivers and all, played a little with the pc and went to sleep. Today i managed to boot and all i got was Disk boot failure, insert system disk and press enter. I checked into bios and my intel ssd (achi mode) is detectable and in boot priority. I also changed sata cable just in case but no help at all. Any ideas?
Have you changed from 'normal' SATA to ACHI after the installation?
Instalation and normal operation were with the ssd in achi mode. Didnt changed anything.
Are you sure you have booting up from all removable drives and network stuff disabled?
Or maybe you accidentally disabled the boot ROM from some SATA controller your disk is connected to.
No removable drives on and network boot disabled. i dont understand how would i disable the boot rom from the sata controller, plz explain.
Actuall,y my bad, no such option on this board, just rebooted to check.
Well, gonna sum up all you can do...
BIOS:
Advanced BIOS Features
HD Boot Priority - check if it's correct
First Boot Device - set your HDD
Integrated Peripherals > Onboard PATA/SATA Device
Enable everything, and set controllers to ACHI mode
Also:
Try a different SATA cable, a different SATA port, and a different HDD power plug.
Can't think of anything else...
If i had a sata port, a sata cable or a power plug problem would i be able to see the hdd in bios? I guess not.
Anyway i tried everything, dont seem there is a solution. I ll reistall win7, damn :(
I have a EVGA 760 Classified and 5870CF, but I wonder if that is what the essential differences between 2x16X pci-e and such that I and 5870 pci-e 16X slot and one in the 8X PCI-e slot and if you know the difference and 3DMark and games and how much?
Is it still 5870 where you both such Because I saw that if I have 2x sli then work with 16x/16x PCIe if 3xsli then 8x/8x/8x PCIe
You have the board and the cards, just test it
