It's the Star Treck Flying Rocket Plane by Remco - circa 1969. It was the kind of plane that the poor kids got because they couldn't afford anything radio controlled. There was wire that connected the motor to the batteries - which were in a wand (looked like a flashlight) with an on off switch. It would actually fly, but most of the time it was in the air just because of centrifugal force (centripetal? always get confused). I imagine it's worth something but I've never been able to find one anywhere online.

E7200, running on a stock quad heatsink with a cheap Codegen PSU. At stock hits about 55-60C (depending on ambients). Should I upgrade the PSU or heatsink first?

The PSU, no use having a shiny new heatsink if your CPU blew up, along with your motherboard, possibly your graphics card, your RAM, your harddrive decided to give up too and then to top it off, your case imploded out of spite.
