I'm back here to tell you anything about this m/b , we have tested 1.8V with success, and finally pushed to 2V to know if this board is really capable to give this crazy Vcore, and .... yes , it boot fine with 2Vcore but the cascade can't handle the load, so it's not better.
who said 1.6V don't boot ???? lol :D
Another Thing for those who can't boot, i've experienced same problem with 2 differents Fortron Power supply , so try another one if you can't boot.

the highest i have tried was 3.8 at 1.4v. but i am having terrible throttling issues. funny thing i dont see the option to turn off cpu thr. in the F4e bios.

my DS3 still wont cold boot over 400 FSB
i can boot from the bios at 424 x 9 and i can reboot but it wont cold boot.
friggin cold boot bugs are really starting to pi$$ me off.
the system must not apply full voltage are the initial boot stage.
from what i am seeing people do with the P5B Dlx that board is starting to look better and better all the time.
500 x 9 cold bootable ? man thats nuts.

the board wont let me run 925mhz on the ram no matter what i do.
925 or higher is a no go. which pretty much makes the HZ ram wasted money.

@ Dinos22: Did you reach higher fsb's on F3 bios then on F4C/E/final bios?
I also tried to raise fsb & mch voltage, but this doesn't seem to make any difference at all. If temps are no problem (I got a 120mm pointed at chipset), an fsb and/or voltage raise should have some effect, no?
Btw, I'm not cpu (I also used MP 6) or memory (ocz does 500mhz) limited. I also disabled some things in bios, like usb legacy...
Any ideas?

so that puts you at 3.56ghz
if you have a retail 6400 then your gunna need alot of juice to reach higher.
according to what i am seeing from other 6400 owners.
what is an MP 6 ?
not sure it could be anything or it could be the max of that chip ? and the voltages ?
If you hit FSB wall it might as well be your cpu.
I went from 497 on air to 520 under vapo same settings. And I am pretty much sure it was RAM that could not work properly on this board @ >510
