Great, thanks for the help!
So if i'll find a CAAOC XMPW 0352 CPU overclocking is guaranteed? :toast:
Oh, The borad is AN50R and the mem is KHX PC3500 BH5.
(GPU is R9800XT)

AMD have released a new Athlon 64 Driver version 1.0.1.0. Another AMD Athlont 64 Processor Utilities and Updates can be found here. Guys, if it aint broke then don't fix it.
This package is recommended for users whom desire a graphical user interface for installation. This .EXE driver is a user friendly localized software installation of the driver designed for end-users.

Ah, finaly got my r404 modded vapochill up and running, but my cpu isnt doing any good, it tops at 2576mhz at 1.84v in 3dmark.. :( its an "old" cpu so.. 0330MPMW.. this is a prototype vapochill so it dosnt have a definition like PE,XE etc :) But i have a new A64 3200 in my mail soon so.. ill hope for 26k+ with this one :)
Don't know if i posted my scores:
CAATC 0404XPMW "0256"
mobo: Shuttle AN50R rev 1.3 (voltmodded)
mem 1:1 @3.2v
OS: XP prof.
cooling: Asetek Waterchill KT12 with Airplex dual rad (120mm SUNON)

With the AGP you have to set it to 67 to get it lock right??Quote:

where can i get r404 for my mach 2 i will change it from r124 will i get more performance if i will change it ?
Heres my new 3000+ on a VNF3-250 Chaintech board. Stock air for now so nothing special. What part of the stepping is the "stepping" we care about on the A64's?

3x LDT multi. Had it at 4x with 220 HTT than I set it down. How high can the HT on the chips go? 166 fsb ram divider set in BIOS because I dont feel like spending alot of time messing with my BH5 at only 2.9V. Vcore is set to 1.65V in BIOS but as you can see MBM5 and CPUZ report it as almost 1.7V and sometimes a bit over 1.7V.
You almost certain get an increase in terms of performance :) btw. I believe you mean r134a :)Quote:

i'm testing an K8NSNXP (K8NNXP NF3 250)
HTT 4X240=960Mhz
difference with FX53 is 1sec at same freqs :
9/10/5/2/2/2
2400/200 ram (10X240 desynch166) superpi 1M : 36S
http://pageperso.aol.fr/misteroadste...p+2400-200.JPG
looking g8 misteroadster...
tried lowering LDT at the same speed and wrote down the spi number? Could be interesting :)
LDT 2X or 3X do the same time.
this mobo is so similar but very different than K8Npro.
With K8Npro or other nf3150 , when you launch a bench the vcore raise down ; on this one it raise up of 0,07v , and i could hit 1,8vcore(1,83v Cpu-z) stable aircool (thermaltake silent boost).
Also i have a gain ; about 40 mhz.
Clockgen support only multiplier :/
I'll mod it and put it in my chiller soon.
Intresting... 512k more L2 cache and 1x higher LDT nets you 2S... How high can these chips/boards go with 4x LDT? 1ghz before one craps out?
I get 36s at 240*10 in asynch mode with my K8N pro and 36s at 241*10 always in asynch mode with my AN50RQuote:

for cpumark I get 307 at 240*10 with my shuttle in asynch mode
okay , no difference for superpi :/
my higher pci and agp with a ibm and 5200 pci
no problem of stability
I am limited by clockgen

I improve with my P4C800 and setfsb
too easy

@ bias_hjorth
im german can you speak german ?? if yes can you send me a question on german i could not undertand all but yes i mean r134
with r134 =-34°C
with r404 = -50°C ????????? is that posible
Nein ich spreche nur ein bischen german.. :)
-50 would be on the "evap" temp stated on the Mach unit.. but yes that should be possible :)
-50c with r404a is quite possible..
r404a evaporates @ -50c / .82bar and thats no problem. I would guess a machII can manage pulling a .7bar vacum which gives -53c
Holy crap, cpulloverclock :D
thx :)Quote:

Heres superPI:
Damn, Im losing my mind with this 3400+ cpu :(
It can run benches like Pifast at 2529MHz with stock cooling, but when I put it under r404 modded prommy (+ enchanced condenser) it can run easily 2600MHz with 1.55V. If I raise voltage to ex. 1.72V and try 2700MHz it isnt stable at all, because temps rise too high. After little SuperPI run bios show +6c - +13c temps, even lcd front panel says -56c (temp sensor was calibrated during r404 mod, so its accurate)
I have checked contact three times, and it have allways been perfect (perfect TIM print in IHS).
Is there a problem in contact between heatspreader and core, or what? With P4 3.4C overclocked to 4.3GHz, temps were near -40c at idle so this isnt a prommy issue.
