That'll give you up to 4.5ghz to play with on a 6600. I have yet to see someone use a 6600 24/7 over 4.2-4.4ghz and with your air cooling you arent going to get better than 3.9ghz and thats even if your particular cpu is capable.
Its async as you said so you can run your memory as high or as low as you want so whats your beef with the fsb constraints. The only people that can be disappointed with fsb are 6400 and 6300 users with sufficient cooling to run their cpus at high 24/7 ocs.
