Use a DMM if you want to see it yourself ;)
Also, can you tell me how does the board read the vDimm? It does not have a chip that does that function. That's one of the differences between the P5E and the Maximus. AISuite just can't read vDimm, because even the board can't know that, caused by the lack of the sensor chip. So the program looks at the BIOS, it see the number of steps you have varied the vDimm from 1.80v and puts them in its own list, showing wrong values.
The only way to read vDimm from the P5E is with a DMM. No sensor chip = no possible software monitoring.
