here's something that pisses me off I can't get my 9800gx2 to work under vista x64. It works fine under xp pro x64 with drivers 174.74. under vista x64 any driver I install 174.74-175.12 vista will lock at boot up, but if I uninstall the nvidia drivers vista x64 boots up without a problem. my dfi x48 came with the latest bios from 3/20, so I guess I'm going to have to wait for this to get fixed by Nvidia :shakes:
I have BIOS 0402 if anyone wants it :D
Nice Clunk, what improvements over 320 are listed?
No idea, just got it in an email.
Theres no changelog or anything, just the .BIN file.
Remember it's a Beta though :D
If anyone wants it, PM me your email address.
No details whatsoever sorry mate :)

re: 402 bios ,thanks for that clunk . i look forward to checking in out later.

I hope so X48-T2R Will be better
Clunk, your guides for this board are phenomenal. The last DFI board I used is the Expert in my sig...and a lot has changed. Thank you for the effort and consideration. They're a BIG help to our community.
bios did not work, winflash said: load a correct bios...
what to do ?
does this board "dislikes" D9GKX, just like the P35?
there seems to be a review about this board on anandtech: http://anandtech.com/mb/showdoc.aspx...&cp=2#comments
is this board really "inferior" to the rampage in DDR2 performance, or it is mostlikely the BIOS should be worked out?

Good review, not sure if its better than clunks though :D
Bad news for Q9450 overclockers. From the Anandtech review:
"The other positive is that users who don't want to go for elusive levels of FSB will find that the board will run fine without any need of tuning GTL levels right up to 485FSB for dual-core 45nm processors and 420FSB for quad-core 45nm processors. The bitter aspect is that boards from ASUS such as the Rampage Formula are in direct competition to DFI's offering in this segment and can run ultra high FSB speeds and lower tRD levels with relative ease."
