My SPD is 2.5-3-3-8 on all of them but I can't say what chips they are. It don't look like Winbond only one dot on each stick and no medal thing on them
Any ideas what the Corsair TwinX 3200 C2PT Version 6.1 is?
Corsair TWINX 1024LLPT v1.2 rated at 2-3-2-6 1T
Anyone know what this stuff is?
windbond ch-5
Eww, good thing I haven't bought it yet :p:
Anyone know what is in Mushkin 3200C2? http://shop1.outpost.com/product/4292564
the G.Skill 1GBFF is simply awesome...it's not been released to the market though said G.Skill...next month perhaps...Quote:

Kingston HyperX-Modul / 1x256 MB Retail

PC3200 / 200/400 MHZ
in the rammlist is only AK with -winbond ch5

It isn't in fact. Go buy ram with Winbond UTT or new BH5 (new GeIL Ultra-X PC3200 (before assure they are BH5 on BP PCB and not TCCD on BP PCB) for example or OCZ VX (Value or Gold it is almost the same, they are ALL UTT on BP PCB)).Quote:

i not found 2x256mb geil ultra-x or ocz vx in any shop in germany :(
GOLD VX is only in duelkit 2x512mb not 2x256! :(
anyone here know who mutch mhz are in with adata vitesta pc500 , can i bring it highter than 250mhz when yes whow mutch are in mostly ?
and witch chips i read the new model got tccd the old hynix
but how high i can get with that ramm ?
yes you can but with 3-4-4-8 and 3.2v its based ob d43 hynix chip :(
hi, i've got new twinmos speed premium. they work fine for me.... 249mhz 2-2-2-5 @ 3.3v but. If i raise the voltage up to 3.4 errors are displayed in memtest. Are they too hot? how to cool them down? Headspreader+fan? thx
rondrian you got new 1A4T ??
Don't use a "heat trapper"... just a fan ;)
is this ram TCCD????
I'm a bit confused by the table on the first post...when the ram is listed, and the timings in ()'s...is that the timing that is advertised and spec'd by the manufacturer...or are those the timings it can run at?
thx
Thats PC-3200 at cas 2.5 so NO thats not TCCD.
The ram on the front page clearly states:
PQI Turbo PC-3200 at (2-2-2-5) and PQI Turbo PC-4000 at (2.5-3-3-7).
Nice try though :D
Perkam
so what your saying is that the timings that are in ()'s are what the mfr is advertising for that module. If that's the case...then that just cleared up a LOT :DQuote:

I've read over on the DFI forums that people are having luck "burning in" thier sticks. Basically, they set it to whatever voltage (mostly 3.1 or 3.2v) and then they let Test #7 crank on them for hours at a time. After a period of time doing that, it seems that a lot of them can get them stable w/o errors.Quote:

AND, if you know a proved/high performance BIOS setting for this RAM with DFI NF4 ultra-d can you please post it for me?
PS: I especially like this :cord:
Yeah, you are right. They are not on the list and actually I do not know which chip they have.Quote:

Any ideia on what's Patriot LLK ? Probably getting 2x512 for 100€ (I think it's pretty cheap for Portugal) How good will they do ? They're going on a A8V with a 3000+ (Don't even have the CPU yet so i can't tell you what fsb i'm aiming...)
Never took notice of this thread before, great stuff!
Is there some kind of "official" statement about Mushkin Blue CL2 being UTT?
which chips TWINMOS TWISTER 512MB pc 3500 ?

I do know some people have PC3200 BH-5 sticks which is quite weird. Anyway, this info is straight from their website so I guess most PC3200 are CH-5 and most PC3500 are BH-5.
Are you sure?!Quote:

Speed Premium PC3500 (DDR433) (2,5-3-3-8) --chip--> Winbond BH-5
It's like he says, PC3500 will come will new BH-5 and PC3200 got UTT(CH-5) and BH-5.
Unfortunately I don't have any screenshots as I don't have those sticks myself but I guess that the TwinMOS should be pretty accurate if they mention it. What I can do tell you is that one of our crew members has ordered SP PC3200 and they were CH-5.
TwinMOS has just issued today a press release with the topic "TwinMOS launches Speed Premium DDR433 modules with Winbond BH-5 Dies" so I guess all PC3500 will be BH-5.
Ok, I will add them tonight. Now I must run! Bye and thanks! :DQuote:

UTT means UnTesTed - by winbond. CH5 is revC of the die and BH5 is revB, 'new' die seams to have been writen in a thinner technology.
Secondly, contrary to what is writen in the base not all SpeedPremium with UTT have BP PCB. I guess it is the case as well for Twinmos SP with new UTT but I do not have any proof of this.
Added the one sure @ 100%:
