i can't even boot with 1.4v+(1.4125 restart at windows boot screen)
so if anybody has a solution please:D
Temps? Have you tried the wireless remote to increase fsb instead of clockgen to see if works?Quote:

@ Rovtar
Please read the first Post in this thread.
I think you can find many answers there.
EDIT: ok seems that remote can clock :S but i don't know how:S
i just want to get rid of vcore block :S
Install the soft that came with your mobo. One of the programs (don´t remember the name now) shows you the actual mhz of the cpu & the load. With this program active simply use the fsb up fsb down buttons of the remote.
About the vcore i don´t know what can be :(
is this the same :S i don't think soo

It´s the "Aopen Coo" program, i forgot it was showed in the first post.
With the Coo enabled can´t you raise the fsb with the remote? You should be able...
ok now booted at 231 fsb (my ram sucks big time >:S)i will try little more with clockgen..
but i don't know which to use because i have tried with the newest and system crash if i raise for 1 mhz:S
System freezes if you raise the fsb from 231? It only happens with clockgen or with the remote too? Maybe it´s the fsb wall of your cpu...
i didn't even try i had some multiplier problems... i will try with clockgen now :D
can somebos five me link of clockgen 1.0.4.4a tnx :D
I just installed one of the i975Xa-YDG with a T2400. Everything went well, crossfire seems to work fine.
Cheesy yes, though the Bigwater kit is perfect for this chip.
Just recently got a i975Xa-YDG and used my laptops T2400 in it. On regular stock air-cooling I was able to push it to FSB 236 stable but as soon as I push it to 237 it has problems.
So guessing stock form thats the FSB wall. Decent CPU, not the best but it works. Now to tinker with the settings some more.
My Merom on Aopen 975 result :
Screenshot
Superpi 1M : 17,344s
Merom T7400ES @ 226x13 = 2938Mhz
2x 512Mb OCZ PC6400 Pt. - 3-2-2-1 @ 302Mhz.
227FSB is no go because of FSB wall. I'm hoping for a slight improvement with a bios update, but I'm not putting any money on it ;) 1.03b is not the best out there, but at least the Merom is working :)
I did this yesterday on Air:
15,813 s with 3,25 Ghz...
Try to make DICE-shot this evening, but the 1.03b sucks...
What's the real Vcore for that speed ?Quote:

For Vcore you have to divide cpu-z value by 2. The value in bios was 1.40V. Higher Vcore does not make any difference in FSB limitation.Quote:

hmm i think that i find problem...
What cooling do you have on SB?
I have no cooling on the SouthBridg & the Stock cooler on the Northbridge.
I'll stick a Probe on the SB and see how hot it gets.
how high did you clock you yonah?
