0406 DFI NF4 bios files

Flashed my ultra-d with 406bta and its working better than the 702-bta. Good job Tony:)

My comp

DFI SLI-D bios 0406BTA
Opteron 170
TwinX2048 4000PT
Enermax 600W SLI

In bios i set 200 divider

4000PT @ 280 3-4-4-8 2.8v weak3/L3

Not pass memtest and windows corrupt

Leon939 - you are testing your RAM at 280 when at 200 1:1 (can't pass)

using 180 (9/10) you are at approx 253 on RAM so it is passing.

I believe your RAM is rated at PC4000/DDR500.

My infineon isn´t stable, forgot about Odd divisor which i had enabled.:( That´s why so sucky scores because the mem frequency is actually lower than cpu-z shows.:slap:

no no, my friend's Imax also have the same problem. He's pass PI32MB at 200 divider and not pass PI32MB at 166 divider :confused: :confused:

No his RAM is at the same speed in both tests. He lowered the divider and raised his FSB. Look at the pics. 2800mhz in one test, 3000mhz in the other :fact:

wich bios file is the one to use ?

the one in the first post ? or the other the one thats fixed ? or the official one ?

its to use on a ultra-d.

Leon939 is using the odd divisor correction in the new bios and thats what is confusing him. Just check his bandwith: 3000MB/s in the failed pic and 2700MB/s passed. Just disable it if you are not 100% sure how it works.

hmm any more info?? i have 3 pairs of bh5/utt here to use.

already got 270 2225 and 275 225 stable with bios 1114 oficial.

should i get higher with this bios?

Anyone else using this with an eXpert? I might be flashing soon

Yes I am using with expert. I saw peber performance with Ultra-D. Raised 5 htt x10. But with expert is the same htt.

Was it any easier on the memory? I think I might give it a go tonight
