Today, launch day of 7900/7600, I see dozens of online stores in stock for both, and im quite confident if I put my pyjama on and went to brick and mortar computer store, they would be there too.

I know everybody was expecting like the 2nd coming of JC or something, but put in context of 7800GTX (256MB), 7900GT is cooler, quiter, cheaper, and given a proper heatsink I'm sure will get mighty close to 7900GTX speeds.

And the price....
MSRP $300 7900GT = WOW!
