looks stable, but 11.64 isnt that hot to start with though, my tagan never goes below 12 fully loaded, even with my old 4800 x2

My PSU is rockstable.
Never mind what Sg you shows it´s an DFi LP UT-D and another Board will show you with the same PSU 12.XX Volts.
Thats a Mobo specific. The Sensors are not same quality.
Prime Counts and not what SG shows!!!

Priem 95 V24.14 Custom FFTs in place changing every 15 minutes.

Thats the ultmate heating for the Chip.
SP2004 is Prime Lite.

then my psu must be around 13 volts then if sg reads it wrong as its reading 12.54 now.
I always found sp2004 the more demanding out of the 2, it would find errors real quick compared to p95

real quick you will errors on SuperPi 2M.
It only takes 1m and few seconds and you will know that Prime will go or not.
You must only raise Voltage a little Bit.

me and Kinc hade same problem when we used only one OCZ 600w psu. The psu shut off. But when we used 2 x 600w psu all was good :)

So try too use another psu also...just remember too run some fans and hardrive on the secend psu too load all the rails.

btw I used to all o/c action HK-350 AP power supply and is very ok - P4 630@5.6GHz and rock stable rail on 3.3, 5, 12v lines. Multimeter read.

If these 600's had the +12's combined they would tear it up quite a bit more.. the split rail just doesnt do them justice :(

That is certainly true, but you start seeing people losing weight because they cant eat due to buying a psu. :rotf:

If I had the cash I would certainly go for the PCP&C 1Kw for sure. Eh, cost about the same as buying 2 OCZ 600s anyway.

Actually I paid less for my 2x510 PCP&C SLI's. Now I'll have a 1020W beast :p:

After switching to the DFI mobo, I have new theory :D
I don’t think it’s the PSU or the the MSI mobo.

I have a feeling the problem is the slave 7800 card. It had a strange cold bug when I originally tested it but it still worked, I figured it would work Okay when in SLI, I guess not.
Tomorrow I’ll switch it over to master and see if it will work better there.

I believe I figured out my problems.
2 of them actually. First is I have a cold bug issue on one of the cards. I can work around it by using it as a master and boot up and go into windows at -50C or warmer, after in windows I can run her at -85C no problem and bench SLI all day (stock clocks)

Now, since I figured this out I have a second problem. My PSU dies under a heavy overclocked SLI load.

So I definitely need a new PSU, a new 7800 would be nice also:D
