ignorance at its best :slapass: . A mousepot isnt a stable form of cooling. When i buy parts i look here to see what the parts can do. Say the fx60 can only do 2.9 stable but can do a suicide at 3.5. The suicide is all and great but i cant do anything with that and a stablility of only 2.9 is not be that extreme to me so that would deter me from wanting to buy that particular processor. Sure this is "xtreme" systems but mousepoting our :banana::banana::banana::banana: is not the only thing we do here.

but now that i have posted... is it forbidden to ask for some stability?

when we're talking about something as expensive and as rare as FX-60, is it that difficult to understand that i'm interested in what this thing can actually do?

Yes it is This is Xtreme Overclocking where they are using DICE not Air or Water. That is not a 24/7 cooling method. Why don't you learn that alittle bit before asking for stability

These chips max out at <3.6hz so even 3.3ghz is amazing for them. Watch out for the first person to get them "stable" to 3.6ghz. Here' s a hint: Pedro's getting one too ;)

If I pushed my Opteron 170 to its limits, I'd probably only hit 2.9ghz on my watercooling stable.

For me, something like Dual 32M stable is interesting, as you can see that both cores are "stable" under both cores fully loaded
