I received LINX's 2 CPU's today! Excellent! Same steppings as the other 5 we just got:D.
Thank you DDTUNG and Hardass.
You are welcome!:)
Got mine the other day...forgot about this thread. Thanks DDTUNG & Hardass :)
Mine max'd out @ about 2.24GHz on air for 3DMark. Looped prime overnight @ 2205MHz.
Got 4 more in of this same stepping from Newegg today...will test how they clock tonight/tomorrow.
P.S. Check the classifieds...I have 6 of these things now & I certainly won't be keeping all of them :D
just got one today. it's a 1700+ tbred b.
core info:
AXDA DUT3C
JIUHB 0251
it is running at 11x188 (2068mhz). this is with 1.65vcore. stock vcore is 1.60. the extra 0.05 is just comming from my vcore mod which is at the lowest possible setting. i'm using a maze 3 and 600ghp pond pump. according to the in-socket temp sensor i'm at 36°C.
hardware:
abit KX7R-333 B6 bios
512x2 Sammsung 2700 (D stepping)
350watt enermax (550wat on the way)
Roop,
Welcome to Xtreme :)
A JIUHB 0251 eh?

:)
My two 1700+ JUICB 02512 CPUs that Hardass sent me now runs satisfying.
One runs on A7N266-VM, which only allows FSB overclocking and no Voltage change. This one has reached 175 MHz FSB stable, resulting in 1930 MHz for the CPU. Not bad for default Voltage, even though MBM says 1.65V, 0.05 over default. Maybe a lucky board. :-) Cooling is a Silent Igloo Breese, nothing special.
My A7N8X allows more freedom, of course.
1900 MHz default 1.6 V stable
2000 MHz 1.65 V crashes on Windows desktop
2000 MHz 1.7 V stable 3DMark
This is using Volcano 9+ cooling.
Just what I wanted, no extreme Voltage and 2 GHz. :-)
I just received mine too.
Thanks DDTUNG and Hardass.
I'm sitting at 2GHz (166x11.5) @ 1.8V. I think it's stable, but we'll see soon enough. I'm using possibly the worst heatsink in the world - the Hedgehog + Delta 6800rpm. I bought it after reading the HardOCP review a few years ago and I saw how well it went compared to the aluminium heatsinks of the time. I've got a pretty good watercooling setup too, so I'll set that up soon enough and post the results.
Cheers,
Michael
Damn this Hedgehog is a POS. It's not stable at 2GHz, so I'm back to 1916MHz. My CPU is at 74C (diode temp) with only 1.75V and a 6800rpm fan really pissing me off.
You guys are most welcome.
Only wish I could get the good XP2100+ TB Bs in Hong Kong.
DDTUNG:cool:
Hi
Uhhh those XP2100+ are nice, but i cant get em in Denmark.
So if u get some in HK i would like to buy one. I don´t have a Pay pal but i do have a VISA card is that any good or should i try to get a pay pal?
BTW what does OMG mean (Oh my god?)
/Steffan
OMG = Oh My God
I tried to get Paypal (I'm an Aussie) and I found it to be absolutely useless as I couldn't add any money to it. It requires a US or Canadian bank account. If you do get a PP account and work out how to add money to it, please tell me.
Cheers,
Michael
still have some cpus for sale?
They are all sold, and shipped.

DodgeViper,
Very nice OC :)
Where did ya snag that chip from? ;)
I ordered it last Friday from NewEgg. I have pushed my Samsung PC2700 to the limit though. Here is the complete string on the CPU,
AUIHB 0302RPBW
Time to get some of that Kingston Hyper-X PC3500 from the Egg then eh? $89 shipped...hell of a bargain :)
You can get 2100+ Tbred-Bs from www.komplett.se, can't figure out if you have it in Denmark, see http://www.komplett.dk/ , maybe you can order from .se?Quote:

In my Asus A7N8X I managed 2000 MHz 1.725V on my Tbred-B 1700+, it is JUICB 0251. I managed to swap one for a JUIGB 0251 today and it runs a bit better, 2100 MHz 1.70V. 2200 MHz can't boot Windows even with 1.75 V.
2100+ are in Denmark from today, i can post the stepping tomorrow :)
Because a guy from another forum i Dk has bought one and he will tell me then!
Hope it is a AIUHB.....

Just out of curiosity, is anyone else having a problem with Pjotr's sig being about a 50 font size...*LOL*

HEY, I'm new to this... I set (size=9) as this is what the BB code said was smaller than normal text. It seems this forum uses vB code, duh... and size=2 is *larger* than normal... so I try size=1 now...Quote:

Update: ...and it doesn't support RGB colors either... grr! Why do forums not agree on one code standard?
