The gas is awsome...say u mix it 70/30 with r-507 u get a -65*c BP with a discharge pressure only 23psi over normal 507! testing other blend's right now more pic's soon!
hmm might want to add that u have to add a little extra subcooling to the loop b4 u can drop this gas in a SS i have busted 1 nf9 allready from trying to drop 116 in a normal ss...
Sounds awesome. What kind of CFM are we talking about on this mixture though? over 100 required? I am guessing you are using PoE? Maybe I want to get little of that liquid gold mixture from you guys once you figure out the mixture benefits :)Quote:

Yes yes yes..we have some issues....116 is HARD to get..but never the less we have it..you need a frined in a WAY high place to get u this gas but never the less...we have it,now this is what i have seen thus far,the 507 will mix with the 116 to make a new gas..they dont phase mix they mix on the sub level,so we are useing the 507 to carry most of the heat (thus the high % of 507 in the mox) and the 116 drop's the bp lower,now 22 + 116 make some sweet gas but i dont like the high discharge temp's that the 22 give's so tomorrow ill try 507+290+410a+116 and see where i get with that blend..life is ruff for the R&D guy's :( now i have a autocascade to build with this gas + a few special dumber's to add to the mox to kill the high head pressure. more report's to come stay tuned boy's and girl's!

HFC-23 looks nice too though
R-116 is a "fat" gas good for load the 507 and anything else i try to blend is a "dumber" gas made to drop the head pressure.
Update got 1 more maby on a LS mod...only 1 more spot open for LS owner's that want 1 of my last mod's b4 i retire :)
