Great way to cool of board around cpu, and chipset.
Any chance to see win screenshot of 7HGz soon
I would love to see some 8m results. I think its far more intresting since system needs to be stable longer period of time than 20s.
Very rare i do this...Quote:

This is xtremesystems.org not xtremelystable.org
Nice thread crap
that "this is xtremesystems not xtremexxx" joke is a bit old now.
But those clocks are bloody amazing! 19s superPI beats the hell out of AMD, doesn't it. Well done. Are you going for 7ghz superpi (psychological point) or just staying there? Hoping for the former.
Should I proceed some tactical counter measures...? :D
670 cpu´s have already hit the shelves in Finland too ;)

The Stilt is ordering two 670's as well it seems? :slobber: This will get interesting...
Geesh... some seem to put lot of emotion to overclocking.
Why i personally am interested to see 8m results is because the mainly observed finnish pi list is 8m. With 7ghz clocks there should be pretty nice margin on new wr.
Im not much of an overclocker myself but i belive 8m is harder than 1m so i wouldnt say its "less of extreme" at all.
I might be able to get you a 670 ES or more fairly cheap. Shoot me a PM if you're interested.Quote:

That is insane!
Even though I detest P4s...
And you lot don't get upset when people ask for a stability benchie, I think it would be 1000 times more extreme if it was stable for 24 hrs
I don't mind if you ask for 8M but people are like "meh... show dual prime stable and I'll care" and "only a 20 second pi run?" so yeah...
good numbers.
Awesome, looks like the Big Seven is here soon :)
I guess TAM could show a 7G CPU-Z if he wanted. RUnning Spi at over 6.9G should make it more than possible.
Asking for 8M bench is thread crapping?? 8M test would show even more about overall system speed as memory speed comes to play even more on that test (compared to 1M). Also, since it lasts almost 4mins (at those clocks) it will cause a lot harder stress for the CPU and for the mobo powersupply. Also it would be very interesting to see what sort of 8M time can be achieved w/ that setup. Looks like The Stilt's 8M WR (3m45s) is in danger ;)Quote:

I see a hint from "above" ;)

I got a PM already ;)
Nice clocks :slobber:
:toast:
yea realy nice
TAM would like to say THANK YOU ALL for your compliments and continued encouragement :)
Also, he can hopefully show his update soon as he is still checking his new Corsair 5400UL memory atm.
Lastly, sorry for the delayed response as I was tied up with other things lately.
