Good job, misteroadster
Thanks for Prime95 screenie ;)
Do you think you could take down your 23:57 in SuperPi 32M with that 3700+ San Diego?

of course, without problem :).
I've done 24Mn02 without optimisation.
BTW: your 24Mn01@3Ghz w/winnie is impressive :toast:
looks really good. Can't wait for the summer to come around, big projects ahread! :D
Max 3D2001 stable Added (my old FX55 3205mhz) , max OCCT stable too.
Aircooling tests tomorrow. :)
Very nice work :toast: It's much appreciate  Looking forward to the air tests... and maybe some 4 dimms test ;)
Some 4 dimms tests would be great idea...
Just want to confirm because this seams too unreal.....Quote:

If so I'm ALL over this chip the instant it comes out
Of course with a Prommy the results should be slightly better ;)
Aircooled results updated :)

no, 2.8Ghz at 1.4v is aircooled.
Stock vcore 2755, maxed at 1.5v 2830Mhz prime stable
Really impresing results
It seems that the temp really went up with higher vcore when using aircooling.
What the max super pi/3dmark01 you can do with aircooling?
What can we expect with WC but not chilled ???
+20-40MHzQuote:

I think +50/70 Mhz personnally.
I've not tested max superpi and max 2001, because lack of time
Probably 2950-2980Mhz.
I wish I could have one.
Thanks
Man if those 3700+ can really 3dmark at over 2.9GHz I might just have to get that instead of a 3000+ Venice unless 3000+ clock high but im not holding my breath. 2.83 stable is a very nice clock and does not speak of yield issues at all unlike what some fear.....
Very impressive...must get one to replace my winnie maxing out at 2.75...any vcore higher will rcv sky rocket temp way pass 60°c on water !
Aircooled 2001 run, 21°C ambiant X850XT@PE Stock, no tweak XP SP2.

wow 3dmarkable at 2.93 you really got a good one! wish I could afford one, guess I gotta wait till fx57 comes out and 3700+ prices drop
So is it safe to say that 260x11=2.86Ghz @ 1.55v with high end air is prime stable?
Damn! That chip runs super-hot!!! Up to 76C on BOXed cooler? Man, that is extremely hot chip!
Didn't Winnies have max temperature of 70 C? So San Diego's have a higher one?
question now is has the san diego mem controller improved on any of your max memory oc's over the clawhammer, winchester or newcastle cpus ?Quote:

BACHUS ANONYM->Yes this chip runs hot with 1.55Vcore, but strange thing, the HSF is not so hot at this moment, less than an FX 55 at same vcore.
Mrlobber-> When this chip is at 70°, there is too much Vcore, oc is falling down.
Eva-> i used BH5, it's maxxed at 275-280 so i can't verify that, but oc is the same than with my winnies, and a little les than my old Claw.
Did anybody else notice the date on that 3700+? 0432?
