I have got the "Corsair TwinX1024-3200" and its got sticker saying "CMX512-3200 XMS3200v6.1" Now I dont know if these are purly winbond-bh based or not but behaviour is same as my other Twinmos Winbond-CH5 based 1GB kit and so I hope this will be much better then Twinmos as Corsair is better product overall. The store in Singapore confirmed that these are Winbond-BH based sticks. I will come to know after I get DFI NF4 SLI D from Singapore.

I have got mine from Cybermind in Sim Lim Square, Singapore. They had about 20 more Kits when my friend went to get mine. But getting lucky is everything and we dont get lucky most of the time :/

corsair xms 3200c2:
v1.4 - utt ch
v1.5 - utt bh
anyway, only v1.x is winbond
as for geil value, i believe there are some infineon based stuff floating around. friend of mine recently bought some and removed h/s, ic's were relabeled (like all geils) but the ic itself had dot in one corner that wasn't exactly sitting right in the corner, but rather shifted to one side a bit. thats characteristic for infineon ic's.
i'd post pictures of the ic but i'm not able to attach them, when i click on 'manage attachments' button nothing happens?!? :confused:

geil value is a bit hard to spot unless u really check them now.. let me know about it.. hmm find a image hoster and host it here
yea, geil value comes in BH-5, Hynix D43 and D5, also Infenon 5ns
add Mushkin Redline XP3200, XP3500, and XP4000!

Anyway i've got geil value that is utt, dunno if bh-5 or ch-5. Behaves oddly for bh-5 though, i'm getting 2-3-2-11 at 235mhz, with 2.7v.
sounds like bh-5 to me.. did u try whether it does 2-2-2-5 at 2.7v / 2.8v?
no won't do 2-2-2 for love or money at 400mhz, and it memtest errors at 2.9v. Very odd RAm. And the reason i can't go higher than 235 is my mobo, rather than the RAM itself.
No memtest errors at DDR 400 2.6v 1.5-2-2-5.Can you diagnose what stuff i've got here?Quote:

yeah, i know about utt stuff, but i've posted those pics so ppl who didn't get utt can identifiy what they've got.

Someone can tell me if they are? Chips certainly don't look like UTT chips...

im still using nf2 ultra mate. No DFI for me, (that is a DFI bios i presume?)
