Maybe this bios is the reason of the results Anandtech recently archieved with a pair of Crucial Ballistix wich is'nt known to be the best memory, but Anandtech got 280MHz CAS2.5-3-3-6 at 2.9v. Look at the results in the 2 lower rows of data - it's the new results. The upper 3 are the old... Article are pretty new - it's from yesterday (30 Marts)

Anandtech used the 310p bios as the review said.

Once I get my chiller up and my CPU (on order) 3500 clawhammer I will make a review of all of the bios that I can get my hands on...hmm I guess that I should also get a bios saver...any way I have been looking for a good bios and I guess this is the one BTW I run my VX 1.5-2-7-0 or 1.5-2-2-0 both give the same results and either is no less stable so give those a try...I have ALL of my timings written done but I can't find them if I find them I will post them up for you guys to give a go

Those timings on my VX are good till 260 @ 3.4 volts that is on the 217 btw...but give them a shot...like I said I will list the other timings when I can find them...

I think having a download URL of dfi326_f_u_c_k_yaonepagebookandoskarwu is damn mature. OPB and oskar are very respected around here and crud like that will make you no friends at all.

interesting with 325 bios so far my old BH-5 can use interleaving enabled unlike on 310 official bios memtesting with interleave enabled 2x 512MB OCZ PC3500 Plat LE BH-5 @260mhz 2-2-2-6 1T 3.5v

Just hot flash teh chip in one of them! :hitself: :bsod:

I tried 3.26 half an hour ago and i switched back to 3.10 finally. I couldnt even get to memtest or win with 10*270 (previous rock solid with 3.10).I tried all the memory settings but nothing. This bios didnt like at all the 10x mult at least with mine mainboard.I tried even at 10*250 and again couldnt load memtest or win.I hope someone else has better results with this bios.

with both the 3.25 and 3.26 beta bios's i get wierd artifacting in CounterStrike Source. I have played with all the memory settings and cannot get it to stop but flashing back to 3.10 fixes the problem.

thanks bigtoe but i think that i wiil stay with the 3.10p for now . :)

just tried 326.Ran memtest the same with my bh5.

But it wouldnt boot windows.It would just stop right before its supposed to read the floopy drive.

Back on on the 310 with no probs

So does the 3/26 BIOS have the 3/25 BIOS RAM fixes in it + what else?

What would be helpfull is if Oscar could describe what is different in these bioses from 310 and then maybe we could figure out what the problem is. From these reports, it doesn't sound like this bios makes sense for anyone yet.
