2x6800U under cascade :slobber:
Good luck with cascade. Unfortunately -100C isn't enough :D
We'll just have to wait and see on that:DQuote:

Good start with SLI OPP.
So close to 25k in 03 damn...would of been a nicer number to hang your hat on...;)
That's one of the problems of SLi, you have to get 2 good cards and not 1.
Regards
Andy
Yea, I really believe that one card is holding back. The core of 470 is just plain bad.Quote:

Move over CPU City... OPP & Xtremesystems.org is coming through :D
3D Mark 05
Head to head!
Vapo LS / LN2 vs. Cascades.... Sampsa & Kamu (www.muropaketti.com) vs. OPP (www.xtremesystems.org)
rememeber they have backup scores 600+ core and 1400+ mem, so cascade better help out a whole lot ;)
Vapo LS / LN2 was just warming up :DQuote:

Are you sure on that boss? sure it's just one slot on both but i think MSI has some more milimeters to play, I say this because one of my MCW50-T's does not fit between the cards, unless I'm doing something wrong.Quote:

But on the other hand nvidia drivers are always progressing and benching multiple drivers over time is part of the fun. It also makes people with onetime LN2 put more effort in and cost to keep up with the OEM heatsink guys with the latest drivers :p: :D
On the whole though I'd say at present 66.93 is the way to go to see who is top dog.

well i never had 66.93 drivers work in SLI for either of 2x XFX 6800GT PCI-E or 2x eVGA 6800U PCI-E on Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe and DFI NF4 SLI-D only driver that worked in SLI was 71.24, 71.25, 71.84, 75.90, 76.10 and 76.41
You guys need to get some $$ and go for the dual tyan PCI-e board.
It supports two 16x pci-e slots via two "INDEPENDENT NVIDIA CHIPSETS ON ONE BOARD" and yeilds up to a 1k lead in 3dmark 2k5 due to the increases speed.
2 opterons 248 2.2ghz =$900
tyan mobo $500
2x 6800u =you already have
4x512 ch-5 ecc/reg ram $450

Having another benching sesh soon then ;)Quote:

yeah only talking about 05 :) since 2k1 is about to be phased out 2k5 will take over as the preimer benchmark and cpu has little effect at all on score :)
plus the folding power of a dual 2.2-2.6ghz opteron setup "yum"
