The memory on these cards is very variable. I would imagine no binning at all goes on and some actually would pass as 3.3ns chips or better.Quote:

In the olden days 3.6ns memory would give you between 600 and 650 on average, say a maximum of 100Mhz over spec, but now it is 200Mhz over spec, from the same rated chips. In those good old days extra volts on the memory would let you get a lot higher, but nowadays it seems to give you less of a jump, say 20-40Mhz max. I'd say this memory has reached it's limit.
