2 sets of TCCD myself, results on DFI NF4 Ultra-D:
OCZ 4200EL Plat, 2x512: 270 2.5-3-3-7 with 2.8VDimm
GSkill LA's, 2x512: 290 2.5-3-3-7, 2.7VDimm. Couldn't quite hit 300 with those timings. I did Prime95 them at 305 MHz 2.5-4-3-7 2.9VDimm, just to break the DDR600 stable mark, but I run them at 280 2.5-3-3-7 and pretty good lower level timings 24/7.

lol, whoops, this is that thread. :slap: I went ahead and just threw numbers up there after not looking at the first page again in a while. (I'd seen what you were asking for a while ago and didn't realize this was that post) I'll get some 32M screenies for you tonight. I started playing with the OCZ set again and have some different numbers for them anyway. Never tried them before with this cpu (claw 3500+), seems they'll run pretty close to my LA's after all.Quote:

OK, 600 anyway on the OCZ 4200EL's. I'll get back to the GSkill's at some point, but they didn't do too much better. Both pairs went into the 290's at 2.5-3-3, both pairs needed Max Asynch => 8ns in the 285 range, both top out in the low 300's and both with plenty of room to slacken up tref, trc, trfc, trtw, and idle cycle, but none of that helps. They both act so similar I'm not sure they are out of room or if my mobo/cpu is. I want to play with this new DFI bios to see how my VX are doing now, I will post some LA results whenever I get back to them though.

my 2xDDR566 A-DATA TCCD's running rock stable @DDR606, but only @ 3-4-4-8-2T, and i don't know, why :confused: i've tried many things VDIMM from 2,7V to 3,0V, but they don't like it. the best perf i've got is DDR606 with VDIMM 2,7V.
does anyone have ideas what can be the problem? i have an ASUS A8N-SLI Mobo with the 1002-03 beta BIOS. that's the latest (25/01/2005) what i've found. tips can be send via e-mail also for me :D thanks! :)
with T1 command rate they runs only @DDR480 :confused:

That's my best. 2x512 Twinmos SP UTT (CH-5) 1.5-2-2-6 3.4v 255mhz and 2.55ghz.
And yeah it's very stable, folded at the same time I was running SP2004 ;)

hey bachus, do u know the average vdimm ppl are using to hit 300fsb with their TCCD? im using a neo2 (no volt mods), so the most I can get outta the bios is 2.85v, and it doesnt seem like thats enough for 300fsb. :(
edit: well I guess theres no real "average". i see u used 2.7vdimm, and others used 3.0v, others 3.1, etc
my 440 2x256 LA error out in memtest at 300 with 2.85v. guess i just didnt get a good pair :(
