well, there won't be a trifecta happening again.
good job shamino !!
Vc are modded or special bios ?
Thanks ;)
LardArse, that is some impressive benching.
:toast:
great scores
:toast:
So the Asus SLI board is limited to 1.6Vcore even WITH Vcore mod???????
C
Congrats Shamino/LardArse with the aweinspiring scores. That is really, really sick and a massive jump in '03/'05 over the non-SLI rigs. That you phase changed both the GPUs, is very impressive too :toast:
'01 score a bit lower than anticipated(expected 35k-36k), but at least you could bench it, thanks :)
How about those dual 6600GT cards in SLI, perhaps? Even better, if a dual 6800GT version was made, that should break 30k in '03 and 15k in '05, in a similiar setup as Shamino's, I think :p:Quote:

I have backup scores above 33045 and I am still waiting cold air to arrive in the Uk below 0C.
Running mid range nvidia is a game of patience. Not blowing your wad straight away then claiming "what if ".
Cheers

Ummm...All of that may be true, but I dont think it would be wise for you to be antagonizing someone who is going to be getting an SLI setup soon. Cause then he'll tell you about his backup scores and you'll faint :DQuote:

Perkam
With SLI all the old bets are off :D
Aquamark anyone?? :D
kunaak isnt the fool to try and compare an SLI score to a non-SLI score... :rolleyes:Quote:

There are few in line that I know. One of them is having extreme hard time finding 6800Ultra though.
zakalwe makes a valid point... it was possible for him to get a higher score... so anyone else really cant say "i HAVE to wait untill something new in order to boost my score"
i found an Aussie retailer list MSI 6800U PCI-E at AUD$1154 each  that's = US$923/each
So 2x 6800U PCI-E would cost around the same as Chilly1's cascade!
So no throttling anymore at cold temps shamino? Is it a software or bios fix that will work for AGP guys too? I mean what happenned I thought you were forced to give up nV benching.
Oh.... before I forget.... :bows:
AQUAMARK!!. Take down the 130K or so on the top right now :p:
have you guys found out the OVP on these cards? My 6800U get ugly lines on the screen @ 1.77v.. :(
Darn nice job Sham. At the time 6800u pci-e gets to Denmark, the next gen. gfx are out :)
drool! SLI is fast easy and affordable.
I mean dual 6600 GTs kick a LOT of ass for their cost. I have to get SLI now. *runs off to check bank balance* Well maybe before summer....
Bummer...
Ah well, sick ;) I'm having trouble getting half your "05 score
Congrats Shamino! Great work  . I just want to ask you while you benched @600/1300 did you have RivaTuner monitoring on. I know it's hard to find perfect OC settings so u can get max results. Now i think i found a way how to stop 6800's from droping the clock. It's a bit primitive solution but it does work. Check my post here you could probably apply this to your setup and break 13k. It would be interesting if you could also bench with 1 card and this solution. I seen you scored 7400 with one card maybe u can break 8k with it. Well anybody could try this it be interesting what other people would get. There i no promise that it will actually help to increase your scores, however the card wont drop the clock no mater what.
