Compared with 300Mhz 2.7V 8-4-4-3 Ht:3X 2T Dual, frequency width few 707MB/s... But so long as 2.7V oh! !

wanna try this? Gskill , DDR550 2.5-3-3-7(not DDR600 please), 8435 mb/s bandwidth, need I say it's 1t or 2t? :D

i bet, that is 2T.....estimated speed of DDR600 @ 1T is 4800MB/s (*2 because of DualChannel = "optimal" speed = 9600MB/s)Quote:

Is it possible to know the type of memory PCB used on these modules? Are they JEDEC reference design? link
Thanks

slow because of the x.5 divider. try out for instance 7x300 instead of 7.5x300 and run sis sandra again.
on the ddr700 3-4-4-8, whats the vdimm at????
He used CPU/8 which is not a 1/2 divider. It's probably slower than the other ddr600 benchmark b/c, like someone else mentioned, he might have been using a 2T command rate.Quote:

if u compare between these two the mem speeds and timings are the same, but the one with higher cpu clocks beats the other one pretty badly:

and this one has HIGHER timings, and still significantly better score:

So can these ADATA Vitesta DDR600 run in DualChannel mode @ 300MHz FSB on an Intel system (with a P4 that can easly go @300MHz FSB) ??????
If YES, with wich Cas and Timings??????
Thank you very much. ;)
I have those A-DATA DDR600 sticks for review
unfortunately on S754 they only up to 275-280 with 2 sticks; when using only 1 stick they do 300 CL2.5 4-3-8 without problem at 2.7-2.7v
But are you talking about testing on Intel or AMD systems??
I have an ASUS P4C800-Delux (Not E) Rev.2.00 with Intel i875P with ICH5.
Do you think I could run them in DualChannel @ 300MHz in 1:1 with my CPU (that goes fine @300MHz VCore Default)??????
Thank you very much.

This is TCCD DDR RAM has not been good to the P4 compatibility, each manufacturer TCCD DDR RAM is all same :)

You mean that A-DATA Vitesta DDR600 are not good for P4 systems and that I might have some problems with them??Quote:

So you mean that on Intel systems these DDR600 can't reach their certified bus, right??
But is it for the i875P Chipset or is it for every Intel systems??
TCCD doesn't work well on all P4 mobo's. The intel NB's all seem to max out at 270MHz. And even if your mem can do 300+, it will not happen on a P4 mobo...Quote:

Other question.... is there any DDR600 that do not use the TCCD Samsung chips, or at least it will exist soon, maybe from other marks like OCZ or Kingstone????
In this case I'll wait until their existance.
i thought P4 northbridges aren't capable of doing 270+ memspeed, whatever mem you use...
