Well I began folding today cause I'd like to help...
Every computer at work is used to enter orders, check emails, word processing etc. Of course they can fold. They're computers are on 9 hours a day anyways so might as well use it to its fullest no?
True folding farms might not be the best way, but hell I have 1 computer and it's often on the whole day downloading foreign dramas. I choose use the remaining 90% of my cpu to fold or for d2ol...

we are the minority team, every Mhz makes a huge difference to us...
