I dont want to OC this for daily use, just find the less necessary volts and roll.
Cheers
Playin with my Gene now. Lots of memory settings.
Switched to the Crucial 1866 kit. Cant get them to run very high, but they do fairly tight timings at 2200. First try was 2200 9-9-9 LB 12, second run 2200 9-9-8 LB5.
Needed to set Rec. slew-2 and Trans slew-3, to get Latency Boundary 5 to pass at 9-9-8. With tight timings, lost about 1 second in 32m going from 2600c10-12-12 with the Samsungs to this.
Asus just updated their M5G website to support the Ivy CPU's:

2666 10-12-12 @ 1.65v, 32m passed but LinX failed :(

Any idea on how to push G.Skill RipZ 2400 9-11-10-28 to 2600 at least passing 32m?
i've tried 2600 10-12-12-31-2T @ 1.7v, VCCSA 1.15v, VTT 1.05v it just keeps failing 32m :(
Try this Owik http://kingpincooling.com/forum/show...20&postcount=6

@ OC Nub, sry it's 1.66v
try not going too specific first and just set 2600 ratio with the primary timings desired and set CHA/B Data Vref to 0.500
I got my second CPU a 3770K . But imc looks verry bad ! Same settings with my 3570K is not running . I always get Postcode 23 .
alright

Oh its finally here. Is the main difference btwn 35xx and 37xx cpus only a slightly smaller L3 cache?
Board posted a few times and now won't even make it to BIOS.
Any thoughts?
