People need to be VERY careful about what they leak this time around.
With Cayman, some alternate info with small differences / spelling errors was given to certain briefing groups which was used to weed out some leaks. I wouldn't be surprised to see the same thing happening again. :)

I wish we could get some useful info today about the desktop cards but I really doubt that, NV would have a month to plan their answer, so I expect them to hold their cards close to their chest till launch day.
It was only the usual AMD fanboys flaming everything they didn't like, don't take them too seriously.
So launch is really close then? Is it realistic to expect them in December ? I always expected Q1 launch but sooner the better.

Yes, launch is just around the corner.
We won't see the 7000series in desktops this year, in fact, I don't think we will see them readily available until February or March. However, Asus and HP have confirmed that they will have the 7000series (mobile variant) available in laptops hopefully before the end of the year. Source
