Higher f-stop and a tripod both make a world of difference!

I have an EK 360 rad and UN rad brackets on the way along with some other little things to help complete the build. The EK is thinner, and the UN brackets take up less space behind the slot covers. This will allow me to mount the rad further toward the front, allowing room to mount the pump/res combo using a UN 120 Z bracket and iandh stealth clamps. I think this will be better for tube routing. If I need to go thinner on the rad, I'll get the swifty.

Loop order:

Res>pump>rad>top mosfet>side mosfet>cpu>ram>chipset>gpu>gpu>res

Love the GPU sleeving, really unique in a time where it's difficult to be unique with sleeved cables.

I've decided to ditch all my 1/2 - 3/4 fittings and 1/2 tubing. I'm going for 7/16 - 5/8 fittings and tubing. Trying to route the Feser 1/2 - 3/4 tubing was a really big hassle and nearly impossible to do cleanly. So, it'll be here this week, and I will continue on with the mod.

Hi Tadzilla - been watching your work log, as you're using one of my favorite cases. It's really coming together well, and I imagine the smaller tubing will be easier to work with. I'm not always a fan of mixing colors on the sleeving - but yours is one of the best examples I've seen. It adds to the overall effect very nicely.

Also - just a comment on your photos. Really nice to see your progress since the beginning of the log :up:

Just received my EK 120.3 rad, UN rad brackets, and 5.25 slot cover. Still waiting on new fittings, tubing, and kill coil. Hopefully I'll have updates and pics later this week.

I found that my choice of fans does not work well with these rad brackets, as the brackets have nothing to push against when the are bolted into the chassis, causing the rad to sit funny. I'll see what I can come up with, but I might need to go back to the Lian-Li brackets.

Oh right comments, focus!

1) Mosfet area, I'm not feeling the crossing tubes tbh. I would suggest 2 90s + D-Plug (or the shortest of those variable-length SLI fittings) to connect the mosfets at the top-left corner where they are closest.

2) Rad brackets. I assume by "choice of fans does not work well with these rad brackets" you mean the rubber mounting is too soft for a solid mount? If so, flipping the brackets around so they screw into the other side of the rad should do it.

You need to flip the brackets around. They were designed to
go directly in the radiator on the opposite side of the fans.
You would mount the brackets in the case and then mount the
rad to them. Also They were designed to have two on each side not all four on one side. It would definitely be a little wobbly if you pushed on it if you put them all on one side.

I can show you a pic if you want to see how there supposed to be installed if you'd like.

@Kibbler: I tried out the d-plug idea this morning, but all three sizes are too short. I could get some extensions. We shall see, but I agree it would look better.

@armeniandave and Kibbler: I looked through some install photos. If I flip the brackets it might not leave room for the slot covers to go in unless I mount the rad back further into the case, but then I wouldn't have room for the pump/res combo. Some more modding might be in order, because I'd rather use these brackets than the Lian-Li ones.

How do you like those noiseblocker fans? Had a chance to test them yet?

OK I had a chance to fully look through your build and pics.

So what I suggest is that you first spread the rad brackets out so there's one towards the top and one towards the bottom.
Then I would put the fans on the other side in a pull configuration. Either that or put the rad brackets on the other side. Either way you would first mount the brackets and then screw the rad to it last.

@Liderc: Nope, haven't tested them yet. I think I might go ahead and hook them up to my out-of-case computer, but that won't test how well the multi-frame works.

Moar pics! It seems that the last several photos I have taken have this nice, red pixel near the bottom center of the pictures. I think I may have fixed it this morning after I took all the photos I wanted to this morning. Could a red pixel be dust on the sensor or mirror? I cleaned the mirror, and both sides of my lens to see if this would clear it up, and it appears to have done the job. However, I won't officially know until I take many more pictures. Hopefully the local camera shop can fix it for me if it is more then just dust. Man, I hope it was just dust :|

You are correct illidan. Tadbo's molecular structure is not that of paper, but of plastic. Yes, the price may have been steep, but worth it to bring poor Tadbo out of the Japanese-weird-cute-figurine-ebay-trade.
