just imagine what he will be building in a few years.. LOLOL!!!:yepp:
keep it up!!

the build dident take so mutsh time i cant wait to see the temps on argon on the water chiller
and i have tested it on 50 bars :shocked::shocked:and it is not leaking:D
Argon will not condense. Won't have a cooling effect.Quote:

And that is stupid and dangerous considering the working pressure of copper tubing and your joints.Quote:

Try and follow the procedures you see other phase builders using, for your own safety.
her is a updateand i started the interest wen i was 7 years
i diddent pressur tested it at home that is dangerous!!!!!! i know a guy that wirks on a burst testing facillety and we did it there behind 15 cm of glass and concret.and wat about co2
No, will not work.
Your options are, with a few more...
R22, R134a, R507a, R502, R402a, R404a, (some of the b's), R408A, R407C, R290, R600.
That's about it.
witch has the loest point on the hx
R50 :D
u mean mathane
and i am aming temps at a minimum of -40c
wat about r410
wat is best refrigerant for this chiller
r404a and read more around the forum;)
i was thinking the same
is 24 inches of merkery egnoth vacum to fill the regrigerant on the chiller and i no that there is moiser in the POE oil and in the system?:confused::confused:
can some body ancer me please
1) you'll have to vacuum a lot better to get moisture out.
2) get that sc21cl
there are two sc21cl compressors that is linked up to a big condenser coil with 3 fans and it is a to stage cooling system. for child water cooling or vapor fase coling system an i think i am going for chilled water cooling.
i dident get the condenser unit with two compressors somebody had thron it in the trash container buy an accident, but i amgoing to use r404a on the chiller.
Keep it up kid!
I like what you're doing :D jesus knows i didn't have that much skill and confidence at 13 :P But be careful man, phase change is a pretty complicated thing. its one thing to pull it apart but to actually learn the physics behind it is another. do a good SOLID week of research at least before you attempt a 3200w phase change cooler, bigger than any other currently commercially available ones for the PC. Plus how are you going to go about the controllers for it?
Also I'm not trying to be mean, but can you read through your posts before you post them? It's a bit confusing at times.
sorry my english is rusty:shakes::shakes:
imean it is 3200w of power wen it is 45c on the water temp. and the controls am i not shure wat to use as a controller
