Comming along nicely there mate!:clap:
Could you please help me out by measuring the distance ( Gap) between the motherboard and it's back plate (what it is bolted to) and then from the back plate to the door when closed.
I need to know how much room I have to play with.

heres the main build - i have been very busy this evening!
i will let the pictures do the talking, there is still plenty more to do but i needed the system up and running so the main goal was to get it working.
now i can concentrate on all the finishing touches :)

the two Hdds in the last pic wont be there much longer - i plan on getting ssd raid once i get windows 7 - then i will move my data storage over to a NAS
it posts, its all up and running
put the latest bios on the board and checked temperatures whilst leak testing
here is a shot of default temperatures

the cpu isnt much different to when i had just the cpu on the rad
but NB/SB temps have gone from 55'C on stock cooling to 30'c in windows
a big result [i still cant get over how quiet it is!!!]

Looks great. Great location for the pumps. Have you noticed any secondary vibration induced noise coming from the way the pumps are mounted?
Great results, and the black/white combo looks good as well. Looking forward to more pics as you put the finishing touches on.

I was wondering where you got your PCIE extension cables from?
I am trying to fine some, but I can only find 6-pin extensions, but I also need an 8-pin for my GTX280.
If I can't find any around, I'm just going to have to sleeve a set of the cables that came with my PSU, but I really don't want to do that incase I have to RMA it for any reason.

Really interesting way to mount those SSDs! I had never thought of that :D
A few questions:
1) You said you'd move your data storage drives out of the case and into a NAS -- what NAS are you looking at? I have yet to find a decent one.
2) You said that the CPU temps aren't much different with the NB/SB and 2xGPUs in the loop as opposed to a loop with only the CPU in them? Could you please detail a little more? (Im the process of thinking about how I can put 2 loops in that case to separate GPU/CPU and trying to see if it's even worth it since.. well... the same air passes through both rads anyways)

my data is being transferred to the NAS as i would prefer the pair of 1TB seagate LP drives i have to be away from the system, also i dont fancy running them from the same RAID controller as the intels
[it gives me the advantage of homeserver/media streaming whilst at work too, cant leave the main rig on for that]
im currently going with the QNAP TS-209 II Turbo NAS as a friend from work is selling one and it fits the bill for my needs [i have linked a review for your convenience] but there are much better on the market
i guess it depends on your budget and what you want from it really
i have recently got very enthusiastic about storage and feel that a small ssd array in the games pc with all the other stuff on attatched storage is the way to go. Redundancy being my main concern
your second point...
my cpu used to be on its own loop with a thermochill PA 120.3
its temps were the same on that loop as they are in this system [with the other components in the loop aswell]
i am considering some alternative fluid and a change of fan controller to get temps a little lower so i can push the 24/7 clock of the system a bit more
