I like the fact that they feel it's important to keep up to date with the very latest hardware. And you do realize that, just because they make minor code adjustments, it's not necessary to upgrade every time if your hardware isn't included , right?

As I understand, Fiery usually does these minor updates from issues that arise from customers of paid version which report problems on everest support forums. These minor releases aren't very publicly posted besides on softpedia sometimes and by stasio.
