After watching and especially listening to those beastly fans I would never run them over about 5v I think, pair them with an iwaki pump and "store" the radiator at your neighbor's house lol ( iwaki's in series if required considering tubing length required to get to/from your neighbor's house).
planning to reach ambient with one rad i see?
