I'm not that tenacious during the week. This Thursday, Friday, my weekend, I'll tear it up and find out what my cards can do. I do follow your tip strategy, works well for me.

Why dont you try the original top bios at 795/915? Your card will defo handle that and then you can clock up in CCC as and when needed.

I'm using 1.55V and 100% fan speed. It doesn't even get as hot as on stock fan speed and voltage :)

with the asus top bios my cardfan runs @ 100% the first 2min and than the speed goes down.

have anyone a other and better bios for me?

i have the std. cooler.

From multimeter reading, I'm pretty sure it doesn't make any difference.

Its going to depend on how much noise you can tolerate, anything over 50% was nuts to me. Settings I don't know I pretty much went straight to water.

Does anyone know how to get over that 900MHz GPU ?
It seems to be a wall there right ?

Clocked with AMD GPU Clock in Vista64. It works fine but at any clock Speed above 900 Core immediately freeze in 3d Mode.

to be honest if you can run 900 core in any benchmark you've got a hell of a card not many can run over 860 even at 100% fan speed

The highest volts i could successfully set in BIOS was 1.35V.
At 1.36V my system would not load windows.

900 core on TOP bios can be broken only by uninstalling CCC, then it will work awesome.
