Try reducing the NB_GTL into the negative numbers (-30, -50, -70). This may increase the stability. Oh, also, you can go to 118 on PCI_1_3 clocks until it gives out. 110 should be ok and it shouldn't fry if you have active cooling or WC on it. I fried the nF200 chip at 118, though I didn't have sufficient cooling on it yet. I am running it at 110 now with active air and no problems.
