I am not 100% sure, but I think there are no drivers for it out yet.
No CrossFireX driver available yet, it will be published in January.
Freak, does that system require any special patches or hot-fixes?
I have nF680i SLI board, three Ultras and lots of connectors here so I'll give it a try later.
Why CPU clock so low? Try 4GHz + ;)
Unreal 3 engine is smooth though loads of fps as usual. =)
As for special drivers, there will be a Vista hotfix out soon, along with the Crysis patch. The 169.21 can already be found in the web too, for the testing they used 169.18, so I would assume that is all you need.
COD4 doesn't have AI, it has scripted enemies.
lol...I love my Crysis. :D Any other 3sli impressions up yet?
i'll be shopping tomorrow for a third ultra, just wanted to know if i can use my 3 spare sli connectors to set up a tri sli config, or buying a 3sli connector is a "must"?
you need 2 normal and one long flexible sli bridge.
card1 right to card2 right
card2 left to card3 left
card3 right to card1 left
in the end itll look a bit like an "8" somebody threw down the stairs :D
tx!
hmmmm its card 2 left to card3 right?
did you try card2 left to card3 left?
i've got everything set up and the bridge is connected, driver installed. i dont have the option to enable sli...WTF?
ok... WTF? im running 2 cards in vista x64 and sli wont enable. i've reinstalled the driver and everything. what do i do?
what driver?
actually i have got a tri sli up and running and the sli bridges should be connected otherwise (not like in the picture but like "saaya" said), to have tri sli enabled: the long bridge goes from the first gpu (left side) to 3rd (right side) the firs short one goes gpu1 (right) gpu 2 (right) and the last one goes gpu 2(left) gpu3 (left)
p.s: but the long bridge twists a bit so it has to be very long
drifter, did you try to set them up like pcgh did?
im starting to think it doesnt matter that much how you connect the cards
actually i have tried that, but there is only one correct combination (the one i used) otherwise tri sli will not enable
Thanks for the info. We did not try the "ghetto method", it was only a "in theory it should work"-thing.
The power company with think you're cooking crack if you use Tri-SLI all day
^^^ I wonder how much a month you would pay just to run Tri-SLI everyday for 8 hours
