OK I've got some feedback about the OVP
Basically its not a hardware limitation - its a firmware limit imposed by uGuru. It can be defeated but it requires the uGuru firmware to be flashed and the BIOS to be changed.
However - these flashing software and tools are confidential so they are not willing to allow it to be given out publicly :( So while the higher voltages WILL be supported in up coming boards its not officially supported on the IX38 QuadGT :(
I'm pushing to see if there's a way to fool the uGuru voltage sensor so that it sees a lower cpu voltage than there actually is.....
apart from that it doesn't look good :(

Well it's confused me no end - the BIOS has the ability to set 2.1volts - the hardware is specced to run at this (and higher), yet for some reason they chose to limit it???
