million dollar question right now but i will say this, I'll bet the DFI LT will reach the maximum that your cpu/ cooling can handle and be as stable as an LP UT unless you are absolutely pushing the limit of your cpu.

if thats that deal, i would rather get the LT since i prefer the green color
