Yeah I read, but it's 30 days without paying for extra - which I didn't.
I think they can only replace it, which means they will have to have a Rev2.5 for me to accept. Else I'll just keep sending it back to them.
mekrel- pm me with what price tag and if it feels resonnable then i might consider it.
and give me more details of mods you've already done on the parts you wish to sell on-ideally pics with what you've done with the top panel so far? and where abouts do u live...? im based north of bham-in walsall.
thanks.

Thats how the top stands.
Laser cut top for radiator, ChilledPC PA120.2 Radiator grill, two Delrin fill ports.
I'll throw in the fill ports and radgrill for you too.
The good thing is, I live just south of Birmingham and I actually have a storage unit in Walsall on the maple leaf industrial estate just off J10 of the M5 :)
wow... i live literally 5mins away..!!!
u meant M6 right? im like between j9 of the m6 and 2mins away from j10. :D
Oops yes, I meant M6. Glad to see they have finally sorted out Junction 8 onto the M5 now. I PM'ed you too.
lol u mean junction 9 :P they had it closed for over 18months!! rediculous.
i've replied to u pm. :D
Nope J9 is Wednesbury, 8 is the link to the M5. It was put down to one lane, and people queued from 9. Finally they have re done it to two lanes now. But yes, J9 was closed to join the M6 north.
Mekrel I was wondering a ball-park figure on how much all the mods and water cooling supplies was going to coast?
Has anyone put you in touch with Ascent USA?
When I inquired about a spare top panel for the 343B from Hank at PPC's, he forwarded my inquiry to Ascent USA... http://www.ascentusa.com/index.html
I never followed up at the time but I'm going to be cutting my top panel and would like to have an option to buy another one if it gets screwed up or I decide to do something different with it later.
Let me know what you find out.
I've emailed Ascent, so hopefully
I hope they have one for me :) If you got the last one, well :( you make jesus cry.
By the way, feel free to contact me about the PC343B, I can tell you some things that may help. Such as popping the tops of the 5.25 drive bays if you want a PA120.3 in there. Then send it to the powder coaters.
Also take off the PSU stand and powder coat separately, as if you change PSU size.
Edit: How do you contact PPC's? I've contacted them twice in the past via their online form and nothing in reply?
Hey Mekrel... I'm way ahead of you on the case mod tips... I've got mine converted to a horizontal mobo layout which is removable with dual power supplies on the floor and three rads! :D (I'll be posting a thread when I finally get it up and running).
Hank at PPC's uses sales@performance-pcs.com.
Good luck.
ps. If I got the last spare top, I can sell it to you for just less than the cost of a new case! :p:
You must have had a whole new back done for it too then. Can't wait for the log. You bloody con man :p:
Well today my custom laser cut and powder coated pump bracket came.
Attached the pumps as so, and the unit can stand by itself. Just waiting on some neoprene now and then it will be installed into the case.

looking good mekrel
That bracket is very nice!!
Mmm Love how it matches the pumps' beveled corners.
Still not sure exactly where my own will sit. I'd certainly be content if they wind up as neat as yours.
Not sleeving the blue wires and white plugs?
There is another one or two of those pump holders available ;)
wow this is nice... more updates please!
Keep em coming man this is a great thread. Pictures are fun and nice wording. Oh and nice kit :D
Merkel i was wondering again lol..... what pumps are those and what tops(heads) it has on them.... and if you could plz give me the dimensions of the pump on were the mounting screws go.
Damn, that a pretty nice bracket! :D
PS: Vapor, thats a hell of an avatar
