The settings in the mobo were on "Auto" which if you run anything besides CPUz it's about 1.392-1.4 usually.
Anyways the DFI board is in :]
And it's SEXY
I only got to 3.1 and needed to tweak some ram timings and LDT settings.
I am planning 3.4 tonight.

OK so here's the dealio, I can't get past 3.3 without BSOD.
My temps are fine at 34-35c with 1.52v being pushed into it.

I don't see any stress testing done at your supposed "stable overclocks". Are you going for suicide runs or what? Please show me a 4-8 hour run of Orthos running at 3.2GHz at least. Thanks ;)
After quite a long time of working and tweaking I think that my PSU is maxed out.
Searching for a new one as we speak, any suggestions?
Sick!
Very nice overclock, I doubt you'll hit 3.5GHz but still very nice.
Im using the Powerstream 520 OCZ and it is having no trouble handling anything I toss at it.
But nowadays start at the GameXtreme 700W as a minimum. The 120mm fan helps over case airflow too.
I will upgrade once they cough-up a version with full CFire/SLI cabling to support 2x 8800GTX and/or 2x beyond-HD2900XT. IE: 2x 6pin and 2x 8pin PCIe power connectors.
If this can't take it any higher, nothing will. I don't think buying a new PSU will help one bit, AMD processors don't draw that much power even when overclocked.

What did I tell you man, even a suicide shot at 3.5GHz is nearly impossible for all AMD chips except the best of the best Opteron 939, X2 5600 and 6000, and maybe certain 65nm chips. My 170 won't even do it with 1.7v, and it's stable at 3GHz at stock volts and 3.2@1.575 (set in bios).

Hmm yeah maybe, but I don't want it to be true!
I will try messing around more with it soon.
PS Dexman I am Czech :]
Maby the version of windows I know my x64pro did about 40 MHZ more than my x32 did. ?
Hmm I didn't think about that.
I will get my Ubuntu back up and running and maybe even try vista/windows 2000
Good idea mate.
I added as much Vcore as I needed intil the temps weren't in the "safe zone" my advice more Vcore!
My VCore was at max for the mobo, I might have to do a 1.65v mod though.
If this deal works out with one of three heatsink companies, whose names I will not disclose at this point, I will be getting some new parts just for this OC :].
I run at pretty safe temperatures as it is right now, just look at some of my screenshots, eveyone was saying I was going to be way to high but I did some mods to my HS (a LITTLE bit of lapping, new fan and added an exhaust fan).
EDIT: Here is a picture of it

Geeze I just spent the last 10 minutes soldering some resistor/voltage mods to my graphics card.
It still works but I didn't test the volts yet :]
wow, from that pic that psu looks like it is trash, what brand is it? and that rosewill psu i recommended above would work great with that board because you definatlly don't need any more than 500w and that particular rosewill is a good one
I am so freaking scared of roswill PSUs (my friend had 2 of them die in the same month) , POWMAX PSUs, and Some ANTECS. all that I can say is make sure to research your PSU because if you dont there are some terrible things that happen.
Best of luck to you mate
this one is actually good, thats why i recommended it, http://www.jonnyguru.com/review_details.php?id=48
