in them pics is AA working properly? a few bits in them pics give me the idea that it aint working properly.

btw is a core2duo 6700 fast enough to not form the bottleneck for a 8800GTX and a 2900XT

bottlenecking mainly depends on the resolution you use. for instance every game will be CPU bottlenecked at 1024x768, where as at 1600x1200 and higher the GPU will be stressed most; the FPS-difference between using a C2D @3.0GHz and a C2D @4.5GHz will become small.

and of course you have to take the AA/AF filters into account.

Any time frame on the X2900XT 1gb GDDR4 versions? Ive only seen the GDDR3 512mb in stores.

yes but ATI had 9 months longer(or so) to make R600 and its not really much better than G80 so I class that as a failure. ;)

Looking at those results for the narrow-tent and wide-tent. I guess I really don't understand them that well. What are the differences between the two? Let alone what is it suppose to do?

Is this card any good in games or not?

Everybody knows that this cards going to piss on the 8800's in 3dmark. It seems to be all ATi ever care about. I hope its not the same old ATi story awesome in 3dmark :banana::banana::banana::banana::banana:e in games in comparison.

I know he doesn't work for XS, and I guess my post did come off a bit harsh.

I'm just tired of everyone only showing 3dmark numbers I guess. I know a lot of people here love benchmarks, but there's a lot of people here who buy cards with the full intent of only gaming as well, and unfortunately 3dmark numbers haven't translated to gaming performance. :(

I appreciate him going out of his way to show the card, I just really am interested in what it can do in games.

i am really sorry but i really don't like to play game. the only game i play is DOTA from WC3... hahaha
i like to play those kind of games. which doesn't really needs a lot of graphic power.
