I am glad the Hynix ram isn't going to be a problem. When I noticed that I thought we were going to get nerfed performance from not using Samsung ram.

Ye, you need 16 chips for 512bit, since there is no 64bit memory chips.

The 2900XT has one 6-pin and one 8-pin power connector on it. the 6-pin isnt a problem, but can anyone show me a power supply that can power two of the 2900XT cards? I haven't seen one that can three 8-pin cables plus two 6-pin cables (one for the motherboard, two for the graphics cards, plus the PCI-E 6-pin cables)

And there are dual 8-Pin PCI-E PSU's on the market they are the higher end 1000W PSU's.
