Well, i just stopped dloading my n0rp and set up opera 30sec autorefresh on vr-zone. Shamino knows how to crank right speeds out of hardware.
He reviewed 8600 before release.
Well, im going to refreshing page as long as it needs to.
I do think that they would have not shown the article, and it would have not been able to be seen by anyone out vr-zone, if they wanted to wait one more week. On the other hand, it is even possible that they wanted to increase the interest of readers in the site ( and so many more hits mean more money from ads!).
Just a tought....
any info on pricing?
$399
i haven't got the newest driver yet
here is 8.36 driver, 8.37 or 8.39 is much faster than this

Nice, thanks! :D Any word on image quality? Looks good?
What kind of idle temperatures are you getting ( I see a 78 in there, but I assume just after running 3dmark 06 ). Whats the temp in your case/room. Thanks, great stuff so far. :toast:
Well I hope for your sake you are keeping your house around 73 deg F, otherwise I feel bad for ya. If room temps are around avg, I'm a bit surprised at a mid 70 on idle.:stick:
On X1950XTX, GDDR4 speed was limited around 1130 for a weird reason. Is it the same on this card?
Awesome Denny !! Do you know if the 1Gb version will be available at lauch?
The card is doing very well for benchmarks, hope it will be the same for most of the games...
Nice work on giving us some info :toast:
Could you tell me if you have 2x6pin power plugs or 1x8 and 1x6 ?
I am not sure if they will ship with a 6 to 8 converter so we can all OC out of the box.
Also, how much difference does the memory OC make, as we will only be getting the GDDR3 version which presumably wont get that high, topping out at near 1000 I would say for gddr3 ?
