For those who've sent me emails - I'm getting to them...
Insured 5-10 day air-mail shipping from Australia to most places in the world for a <0.5kg item is about 20 Australian dollars (about £8, US$13.50, €11.50).Quote:

That's you but it's not how cooltechnica counts. The best thing would be for me to send it to my uncle in the us who will ship it then to me.Quote:

Keep me posted on the block (i sent you a pm) maybe i won't buy the LRWW and jump straight on that one instead :)
I do believe that there will be a DTek reseller in France opening soon...
Really that would be nice, but i'll have to check the price as they are sometimes very expensive ($70 for a maze3!)
Can you buy this thing??
Count me in then!!
Send a mail to Cathar so he can add you to the mailing listQuote:

Sorry for the late reply.. I have some pretty nice results..
Switching from MCW462 to cascade gained me another 50 MHz for WCPUID and 30 MHz in stability :)
Temp wise I cannot really comment (dont have the equipment), as we all know mobo reported temp is bull§§§§, I have a temp probe on the surface but that's kinda irrelevant as well...
Gonna try remounting it and play around with mounting pressures..

CRAPPY 1700+ JIUHB @ 2.6
A nice gain indeed! And a good O/C!
A XP1700 @ 2.6 gig with a 400 fsb is crap????????
count me in, im in the market for a block right now, and this looks like a good place to jump in :>
Just send a mail to Cathar and he will add you in the waiting list. In his last mail, he told me there was more than two weeks waitingQuote:

I've added you to an email notification list. I'll send out an email in about two weeks time detailing final pricing and options (AMD or P4), including shipping amounts and payment options.
Prices start at 128 AUD (Australian dollars). Use www.xe.com to convert to your currency.
He's currently going down the list of people who've gotten on his waiting list. I got an email about it a few hours ago...if I had the money, he could have one shipped to me within 3 days. Sadly I'm broke. Anyways, just wanted to let you guys know that he's slogging through them. I have no idea where I was at on his big list, as it was undoubtedly composed of lists from several forums, but he's working on it.

"If you are receiving this email it is because you were placed on the email
pre-order
notification list for the Cascade CPU WaterBlock.
I'm writing to inform you that I have begun selling the blocks and am
presently working
through the list of pre-orders and have reached your name. This means that
I can have a
block on its way to you within the next three working days if you proceed
with payment."
lol, are you set for life yet carthar?
I'm in so much debt you wouldn't believe. Well, maybe you would believe, but making waterblocks for me is not about making money, I just want to recover my expenses. Frankly it's a little scary.Quote:

My real job pays more in a month than I would make in a year of making waterblocks.
are you also going to make waterblocks for GPU and chipset?
would be cool to have a whole set of superperforming waterblocks.
Woot got an Email from cathar today too.....This is perfect timing cos now I can cancel my order from Dtek and get the real thing....
