After a lot of hours of testing I was finally able to bench at higher clocks than 850Mhz.
It took me quite some time to get it working, so I have only maxed out AQ3 and did a 05 testrun, but the 05 score has some room for improvement.

That AQ3 score is actually insane... I got 125k on X800GTO2.
That is pretty much the max I can run with my hardware and watercooling.
VGPU: 1.8V, VMEM: 2.3V, 940/890Mhz.
I will do a suicide run as soon as I have a second stick of ram.
For a 79euro card, its surprisingly fast. Too bad it basically hits a wall at 1.6V. More voltage doesnt result in much of a Mhz boost.
Will do some SLi benches tomorrow with AQ3. With stock aircoolers I had 171k. Will be interesting to see how much that score is gonna improve.
