x1950 > 7950GX2 doesn't surprise me at all.
Just imagine had they compared most games with 4xAA for both cards, rather than comparing 4xAA GX2 with 6xAA for X1900xtx, as well as setting the GX2's quality settings in the driver to match ATI's
