I knew how to use printscreen. I'm not THAT noob.:D
Im sure a lot of us use the print screen method and no, the resolution does not matter as long as you dont make everybody load a 10mb picture.Quote:

Ya . I made a hugh mistake about a year ago and let her game on my dothan gaming system . Since than I had to fight with her to use my own gaming pc. The thing that really gets me is she is way better gamer than me(better with the keyboard) and she uses gaming cheats.Quote:

No . She hasn't She keeps her front cover locked so I haven't used very much at all. I did try to get into the bios but she learned well and has it locked.Quote:

Mmmm..maybe they HAVE binned them and THAT'S why these X6800 don't go thru the roof. Did you ever think they might be binning the high overclockers for the X6900s? Possibly the 3.33Ghz versions. ;)Quote:

That's not a bad assumption at all. They probably limit it just enough to be the top in the market. Then milk it for a while then unlock some more for upgrade. It makes sense to save some $$ in developing bleeding edge every 3 months or so. There is probably a Intel Omega and AMD Optimus @ 5ghz already. With the ram price fixing recently I wouldnt be suprise if they are doing the same in cpu industry.Quote:

If intel want good availability, there is more than one factory that are making them..
So, it just lucky to have one good overclocker reatil Conroe? That's really bad.Quote:

q2: Anybody knows if is true that the B2 are with microcode Mhz roof? Couse' if its true, the Conroe v/s 939/am2 overclock will be pointless, and the only solution to this madness would be wait to the AMD's 65nm response.
Heh, it's grim. I've had that and more out of an AMD x2, thought we were moving on here. :PQuote:

Interesting results Andre..Thanks for sharing the B2's with us :toast:
You should try Screenshooter. It's a simple app which creates an image file (at the destination folder you've chosen) when you press Print Scrn. You get to chose what format it should be and what quality the image will have.Quote:

so let me get this straight if X6800 can only do 3.8GHz in tower 120...
then:
E6700: 3.5Ghz
E6600: 3.2Ghz
and so on ..
is this scenario likely to happen?? no way to hit 400fsb on stock multi anyway, so 965 chipset is good enough ?
As of right now, I would say if you can find E66 or 67/stepping 5-B1's grab them quick. ;)
I'd be worried about errata. Given a choice between a five or six stepping, I'd choose six in a flash.Quote:
