I use Imageshack, comes with photoshop, but you can use Flash, and other programs too.

Fugger, if I may so humbly request :p in the winner's thread, would it be possible to post a quick synopsis of why they won? Like: "Soandso did this and that, most notebly "this" that allowed them to win. They're a valuable part in "this forum" and blah blah blah"?
