TAM @ 10.312s w/ 4.99GHz Conroe about to break 5GHZ!!!

Damn I am so angry that TAM's board died - everybody waits for the 5GHZ shot now and the 70k '01 and and and 9sssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
This kills me personally - I wanna see it, I truely wanna see that this is possible on a conroe...anybody gives this guy a board ASAP ! :D

And you think 70K is about right for 5ghz... THINK BOYS THINK... Its way past 75K, it would be close to 80K !!!

P4 was introduced at 180nm.


Its interesting to see, according to the chart, the diminishing returns that any cpu will see with SPi. Only about a 1 sec improvement from around 44xx Mhz.

Totally awsome.

At last Intel makes a decent chip worthy of my attention.

well I don't care if you're right with 75-80k or if I'm right with my 70k - just wanna see these 5GHZ on a bench-run...congratz if you're right with 75k, but I won't be disappointed if his cards are not that well clocked cuz he likes pi that much to run 3d benches just by the way...would be insane to see screenies anyway asap ;)

Wonder what AM3 score would be with crossfire & 5GHz Conroe? towards 220k maybe, lol

I know 3D is not Japan's "thing" but is there any chance you could convince TAM to run a little 3D01 :)?

Fred, can you please ask TAM if he plans followin' conroe close like he did with s478 CPU's in the old days, same goes for OMEGA, If this is 2nd episode of the Japanies CPU-Z (WCPUID) era :fact:

If this were a movie, it would be really dramatic for a condenser to blow at 4,997.9Mhz :D

lol..we know 2k1 is CPU bottlenecked..so...how powerful does the CPU have to get until the Graphics cards are the bottle necks :p:

well not sure it even needs this...give TAM half an hour for tweaking this config and he'll improve the last 0.3s just with 50MHZ and knowledge ;)
