Btw, gamer, pm me how much I own you :) => well, I meant 'owe you' :D
lol...
you know the amount, ad shipping/2 and I'll send it to you.
never thought of that Willis.
I don't think so. 8000UL had SPD timings of 5-4-4-9 while the new 8500 (without UL) modules have SPD 5-5-5-15 at PC8000 speeds. Read Corsair website for this info.Quote:

Leak:
AOpen claims that ECS cant even get their board to boot!!
If this is true, AOpen will be our choice.
- Seems like its time that ECS begin showing some evidence that the card works..
well same as mcdonalds says that burger king has plastic burgers.. i mean that is just not good to say! If aopen really says so, they also have problems... and today we find that out ;) delivery time is now unknown ;)
were did you get that "leak" from m.?
if this is true (guess not), it looks like not one manufacturer can deliver...
actually, they have bugs...if not,i got it should be twoQuote:

#348, you know I wont tell ;)
#349, indeed, I just hope its false... - But strange that there havnt been any previews of the board, and with AOpen lots of previews has been released...
thats true.. but a board that wont boot.. no way!!!
Its an 11th hour for Yonah's board makers:) ..We are waiting...
Aopen´s marketing trick :rolleyes:Quote:

You got this from ECS?
yes,
from the Manager of the Technical Support Department.
That´s the reason, why ECS sent no test samples last weeks/months ...
Really strange... i hear something else! so the new samples are incoming next week?
i have seen a working PF23 on the Cebit, it seems stable, but the statement of ECS was that:
in the Rev. B all problems will be solved.
btw. it will be released at Q3 2006
lol Q3? or Q2?
Q3
3rd Quartal. 2006
so to late, bcz all overclockers would buy a AOPEN.
(mine is on the way to me)
MAN that sucks...!!!
I hope its a false alarm...
I've just received a mail, in little Denmark, AOpen will be launched in the beginning of april, and at.... 310 Euro, ARGH...
:slapass: why they alway delay and delay....Quote:

Yes, aopen is 275-300 Euro but there is no choice :slap:
Aopen board should be in stock from today in Germany, any info about that?
ANY where around the globe they're in stock???
I've just spoke with the person in charge of ordering hardware for the 3. largest danish hardware store... He told me that he would be very pleased if I could find any store with them, especially since he wants one himself :P
Anyhow, any Japanise stores?
Any stores in NL / Germany / Belgium etc.???
Please submit URL's :)
I guess if they knew it was coming on the 22nd and didn't change that date once then it should be in stock very soon.
shops in germany say aopen in the next 8 days available
I just really hope this isn't another delay as the word before was that Aopen is coming on the 22nd of March... now it seems to be pushed back to around the 1st of April so I assume, on that date, it will be said that was an April joke and the boards are in fact coming mid-April... :(Quote:

The german shops were: unknown availible... right now they are 22 march again... so mayb they have them in stock now?
AOpen will deliver (EU) only end of week 14 or begin of week 15 (around 7.4.2006).
The best way is to check Ingram Micro's Aopen stocks. Once they post it that means a couple days to retail channel:)
mofo's, ARGH :mad:Quote:

Sheesh, Conroe will be here by then right?
Well, the "raw material" for this "artwork" cost $500+, eh? :DQuote:

^^^Is that a hint or you are just being nice??? I have saved enough, but I have no option but to wait n watch, how good ocer is Aopen as well as ECS. Hope board makers do listen/read and just get it rolling in style.
Trend*PC -> I got bad news from AOpen. They will deliver only end of week 14 or begin of week 15 (around 7.4.2006). Sorry. But there is no other way.Quote:

Well once we know what the vcore chip is called its simple, same for the mem. But i prefer a vio over a vddr.
