There is definately something wrong with that score. Here's my 3200+ Venice @ 3300 and somehow his is almost as fast???? :confused:Quote:

enteresting.. what is your cooling?
A64 Tweaker screenie or I call BS. :p:
Phase Change, but it shouldn't matter what cooling and what memory settings. This test only tests the cpu........Quote:

for the moment :
BPEW -> 2900Mhz OCCT ok 1.696-1.712v
DPMW -> 2900Mhz OCCT (problably ok) 1.504v (same as other as i've tested)
EPAW -> test this WE juste boot 2800 1.396v
i'll keep EPAW
result soon :toast:
PS: all watercooled :D
I'll tell you right now - the reason why that EPAW is that good isn't because of it's stepping ;) Take a look at the cpu's again and you'll see why I say that.....Quote:

You know, the only reason I posted so quickly was because I had seen another post not knowing what the answer was. I figured I'd save a couple of pages of wrong guesses so this thread could be easier to navigate, but somehow that post had disappeared while I was writing my response  ???Quote:

s7e9h3n you've always got great info! I've had 3 venice chips and the lower that numder is the better they seem to OC! :D :toast:
hmm interesting.. so it's not mainly the week then.. it's the serial now?

Here is my 3200+ Venice's batch number...
Can do 2921MHz SP32M with air :D
0057

I guess i could try 1.65vcore, but 2.6ghz @ 1.45 is enough for me atm :)
are you guys using 1.3v + 123% and more or like me 1.55v+xx% ?
which option is better ?
Room temp is about 20ºC with balcony door openQuote:

fast test of the LBBLE 0517 EPAW :

then prime stoped

http://wowgame.free.fr/3000+%20939/L...-1.584vspi.jpg
all watercooled same as the 2 other tested  this night probably max screen testing :D i'll try 3174-3180 it's possible i think..
0517BPEW goes at least SP8M 3200MHz 1.66Vcore with VapoChill LS :toast:
Need definitely test 0517BPDW with my Vapo
Then DI :fact:
I agree with you here...Quote:

The process starts in the center of the wafer (the first core cut out will receive a batch number of 0001) and move outwards from there. Personally I believe in the "lower the batch code, the better the cpu" theory. Most all cpu's I've tested have conformed to this. Now every once in a while AMD may have just a bad silicon wafer and this in turn would produce an average cpu, even if it's batch code is #1. Here's an example of a nice wafer :) , my x2 4600+ (now OPB's) had a batch code of 0029:
http://img193.echo.cx/img193/3263/3300cpuz1zw.jpg
@ 1.488Vcore
Oh I forgot to say, there always will be exceptions to this rule though my 3200+ Venice - LBBLE 0515APAW, batch code in the 500's, did better than most others I've seen with the same stepping:
http://img151.echo.cx/img151/3595/10x330spi1m3gr.jpg
So how many are cut from a single wafer? What is the highest batch code?
I have no idea on that one... :p:Quote:

Hahah I had a week 37 at one point also, it was a turd! If I remember correctly week 36/37 were really bad weeks with really bad mem controllers.Quote:

1.65Vcore for 2.6ghz? bit high for only 2.6ghz.
Im only using 1.45v for 2.6, maybe you should try and burn in the cpu for a lower Vcore?
I read 2,8ghz ;)Quote:

My 3200+ LLBLE 0517GPBW - put it into my system this afternoon and having seen these OverClocks i was hoping for something special! Thought i'd try 2700mhz @ 1.4v just to see what would happen...immediate restart in windows. :(Quote:

Haven't tried lower voltages yet, but hopefully after a decent burn-in she'll do 2.7G @ around 1.50v...not spectacular but its ok. Max stable OC at default voltage was only around 2.6G, which was a little dissapointing. Temps never went above 50C so it runs cool (28C idle!). Aiming for 2.8G eventually. :)
LBBLE 0517 APJW a64 3000+ ordered from Newegg Wednesday received Thursday.

Hmz, the burn-in helped me a lot. I'm down to 1.424v now at 2.7ghz. The cpu didn't want to do prime at 1.48/1.45 or anything close to it. Then I ran burn-in for less then 2 hours and I was able to prime at 1.45v I think. Ran 12h burn-in this night and now it works flawless on 1.424v ;)
CPU burn-in with what program?
It's called Cpu Burn-in :)

how do you burn in ?
I got cpu burn in, toast , occt and s&m.
I prefer s&m for biggest heating but i don't know how i can run that program in loops.
Open Cpu Burn-in and let it run for 12h if you want "serious" burn-in but I ran it for 1h now and it made it a little bit more stable.
CPU BURN V1.01 ok ? ok i'm running it now
311*9 at 1.5v as i know it's prime rock stable....so i'll let it burn for next 9 hours when i go to sleep....
So i try tomorrow same settings with a little less vcore ???
But what if it reboots ?
Where to get S&M ?
StressPrime 1h stable for now 2853MHz @ 1.5V

dani which PSU do you have...your 12v line is over 12v, which is great....mine is always below 12v.....311*9 11.71-11.77 :(
